Launch of New Startup from the Students of NICHE

The inauguration of “Voxelcraft”, a promising first student Startup founded under the inspiration and guidance of Dr.M.Murugan, Dean- Faculty of Technology, HOD-Biomedical Engineering by Third year Biomedical Engineering students Vismaya.V.R, Lani .S.J, Greeshma.G.S and Hena.V with Mrs.Lisha Daniel,  Assistant Professor, Biomedical Engineering, Noorul Islam Centre for Higher Education marks a significant milestone in fostering innovation and entrepreneurship among young minds. 

It was organised on 09-01-2025 at the Department of Biomedical Engineering. The startup, driven by creativity and determination, focuses to craft 3D printed devices for biomedical applications. The inauguration was officially marked by a ribbon-cutting ceremony, symbolizing the formal launch of the startup by our honourable Vice Chancellor, Dr.Tessy Thomas and other higher officials. The honourable Vice Chancellor also unveiled the 3D Printing machine. The Pro Vice Chancellor(Admin), Dr.K.A.Janardhanan, Pro Vice Chancellor(Academic)- Dr.A.Shajin Nargunam, Registrar-Dr.P.Thirumalvalavan, NCC Officials and Dr.R.S.Rimal Isaac, Head of Operations, Technology Business Incubator- felicitated the team and appreciated the initiative. 

The faculty members and students of the department, representatives from Darrels AM company and some parents of the students were present during the inauguration function.
